Assistant Sports Manager

Overall job description: To administrate and assist in managing EUSA Sports Department tasks and provide support towards EUSA event organizers
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To work with EUSA Sports Manager on daily tasks of the Sports Department
• To act as the ongoing link between the Organising Committees, University Teams, the EUSA EC Representatives and Technical Delegates
• To liaise, supervise and assist the organisers of the EUSA Sport Events throughout the event bid process right through to event delivery and follow-up
• To work with EUSA Sports Manager in preparing, reviewing and publishing the EUSA Sport Events Regulations in close cooperation with the EUSA Technical Delegates and Rules and Regulation Commission
• To contribute in preparation of the Bidding Documents and the Minimum Requirements for organisation of EUSA Sport Events
• To carry out surveys and statistics on the EUSA sport events and to assist in knowledge transfer via the collection, analysis and archiving of all results from the EUSA Sports Events
• To work with EUSA Sport Manager in preparing the documentation for Executive Committee Meetings and take any follow-up action as required
• To be engaged in preparing and executing Supervision Commission meetings with EUSA event organizers
