Communications Officer

Overall job description: To administrate and assist in managing organisations’ communication channels and public relations and to offer support and assistance to the relevant EUSA departments and bodies
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To manage a database of members, universities, officials and other organisations which work in collaboration with EUSA
• To carry out surveys on membership needs and member satisfaction
• To manage daily news on website
• To manage the online registration for Volunteer Program and to offer support to the users
• To manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc)
• To oversee the design services and contribute in strategic communication direction
